What is the Basic Survival Network?
The basic Survival Network is a website dedicated to helping people in need. It could be that a member has lost their job and have do not have the money to feed their children. It could be a tornado that ripped through a members neighborhood and wiped out their house. We do everything from organizing help to clear debris, to helping out with food and water.

All you have to do to be a member of the Basic Survival Network is to Register. There is no cost for membership. EVER. The only money that you spend is what comes from your heart. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY. If you want to donate, we designed the system so that you must donate it to the member in need.

The first step to post an alert is to contact the Basic Survival Network directly. Either email admin at BasicSurvivalNetwork.com or call 270-877-6270. We are working on a 800 number, but for now 270-877-6270 is the main line. We will post the alert within hours of receiving the information. Now we do verify by phone the need. Make sure to provide that information at the time of contact.

How will I know when someone is in need?
When you become a member you will receive emails when alerts are issued. Not only that but when you log in to the members area, all alerts will be there for you. We are also setting up an RSS feed for instant access to Alerts.

How do I actually help with an alert?
Each and every alert will have an Administrator to give direction. Admin's are totally volunteer positions to provide guidance to a need. If you want to be an administrator with the Basic Survival Network email Admin at BasicSurvivalNetwork.com or call 270-877-6270 and ask for Levi.

Do you have a community on the internet for basic survival techniques?
Yes, we are working on

What are corporate groups?
Corporate groups are individual business that want to get their workforce involved by providing them a special website with community software and access to our core alert system. We want to utilize all facets of modern Earth to bring people together. We want to help create hero's each and ever day. Dozens a day, maybe even hundreds a day. That is our dream and goal.

Basic Survival Network

We want to try and explain exactly how the Basic Survival Network works. Here is how the vision for it came about. I have always wanted to be able to help others. I wasn't satisfied with one or two here and there. Though it is nice to be able to do it, however, I was looking for something more of a mass type. Another issue that I was facing was not really knowing where the "money" was going. That is where the idea for the Basic Survival Network came from.

The Idea is simple. We wanted to accomplish several things.

  1. Help people

  2. Be a great influence

  3. Allow others to participate

  4. Allow members to know where the money is going

  5. Allow members to choose who they help

  6. Create Heroes on a mass scale

Its a really easy process. Sign up. Once your a member you simply log in and check for "Alerts". Alerts are members that are in need. It can be a mother needing baby food to flood victims. All we want to do is to connect average people with the ability to help others and know who they are helping and why. We accept no monies whatsoever. If you wish to donate to a member, you will have to send it DIRECTLY to them. This insures that you know where the money is and what is it for. We don't even take donations for the site. This is our part to helping others. We also have articles for basic survival, food necessities, and anything else associated with basic survival. We are also opening a forum, community site, and a survival gear store.
